Anybody wondering, what’s for dinner? For me, yesterday, it was leftover steam-baked yams, sautéed red cabbage, and tons of vegan sausage. Hopefully, Jack Norris would approve!

By the way, the nutrition on these vegan sausages is not too shabby. For 2 sausages, it’s 280 cal, only 2 g of saturated fat, 50% of recommended sodium intake, 4 g of fiber, only 2 g of sugar, and 34 g of protein.
