Mindfulness Meditation for Better Sleep, Lower Blood Pressure, and Reducing Anxiety
Is there any connection between avoiding animal products and important health factors like a person’s resting heart rate? Unlikely, I say, but prove me wrong. Ha ha! On a separate topic, I mentioned that I found a 10-minute body scan / deep breathing meditation was helpful for me to lower my “in the moment” heart rate (not my resting heart rate) prior to going to sleep.
