My husband brought home these vegan shrimp from the frozen food section at Duc Loi Asian market in San Francisco. To me, they look like a three-dimensional artistic rendering of shrimp!
I’m looking forward to seeing what my husband decides to make with these. Maybe he will use them in the vegan fried rice that he makes? I will keep you posted!
