Never been a fan of pork rinds, but I do like these vegan pork rinds at Trader Joe’s (USA). A veganish co-worker alerted me to these. The official name is “Spicy Porkless Plant-Based Snack Rinds.” Whew! Try saying that five times fast!
A picked up a bag of these for munchies while watching the Super Bowl … USA Football Championship game this Sunday. Normally I only care about the half-time show, but this year my hometown team, the Kansas City Chiefs, are in the championship game. Very excited. Go Chiefs!
