I love these crispy ginger cookies, Swedish thins of pepparkaka by Annas— they appear to be accidentally vegan. I imagine some people assume cookies or UK / Australia / India “biscuits” (?) like these can’t taste “normal” without animal products. And yet some of those same people may be simultaneously enjoying these with no sense of irony.
Since 1929 … they are celebrating their 100th anniversary soon!
